Frequently Asked Questions

Are travel expenses included in your packages or covered additionally?

Travel fees vary depending on location. I’ll always communicate any additional travel costs upfront so there are no surprises, and we can plan everything together with clarity.

 

Do the hours need to be consecutive?

You never pay for time I am not actively photographing. Breaks in the timeline (like between ceremony and reception) are not counted toward your coverage hours. I allow up to two breaks during the day, usually between 1–5 hours, so your timeline can flow naturally.

 

Do you travel for photoshoots outside of Utah and Las Vegas?

 

Yes! I love traveling and am always open to destination sessions and weddings. Reach out with your location and details, and I’d be happy to chat through options with you.

 

How long does it take to receive the final photos?

Turnaround times vary by session type:


Weddings: up to 6–8 weeks


Couples: up to 3 weeks


Portraits: up to 3 weeks


Family sessions: up to 3 weeks

Getting Started

It all begins with a conversation! We’ll talk through your vision, your priorities, and what you’re hoping your photos will feel like. This is your chance to ask questions, share what matters most to you, and make sure we’re aligned before moving forward.


Securing Your Date

When you’re ready, I’ll send over everything you need to officially book, a contract and invoice. Once the contract is signed and the retainer is received, your date is locked in!! If your collection includes engagement or bridal sessions, we’ll plan those together in a way that fits your schedule.


Leading Up to the Wedding

As your wedding approaches, I’ll be there to help things feel smooth and stress-free. We’ll confirm your timeline, review details, and coordinate with your planner if you have one. My goal is for you to feel prepared, supported, and excited going into your day.


Your Images

After the wedding, I’ll carefully edit your images with intention and attention to detail. Your full gallery will be delivered within 6–8 weeks, filled with genuine moments, meaningful details, and memories you’ll get to relive for years to come.
